Musicians accompany you and your special someone on a progressive, four-course meal throughout gorgeously restored Memorial Hall. Bhumin Desai (Maplewood Kitchen, former chef de cuisine Jean Robert’s Table) and Elias Leisring (Eli’s Barbeque) collaborate to provide a sumptuous celebration of food, wine and art.
Seatings at 6:00pm and 8:15pm. Limited to first 70 guests for each seating.
Ticket includes four courses: hors d’oeuvre offerings of Ahi Tuna Mini Tostada and Smoked Pork Belly with Romesco and Micro Basil, a Frisee Salad topped with Chicken Tandori, an entrée of Smoked Beef Tenderloin, plus dessert and two paired wines.
